ATTENDANCE: Class hours and attendance is set by State of New Jersey Statue. You MUST sign the attendance sheet every class, otherwise you will be recorded as absent. If you fail to meet the minimum standard no certificate will be issued until you make up the required hours by attending another class covering the same material that you missed.
REGISTRATION/TUITION FEES: Registration fees are non-refundable. If you withdraw from a class after the start date there is NO REFUND. If you wish to withdraw prior to the class start date, you must send in a written request that must be received at least 24 HOURS prior to the class start. Withdrawals received late or after the class start will NOT be honored.
CELL PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC DEVICES: No cell phones, PDA'S, MP3, pagers, tape recorders, cameras, etc. are permitted to be used in the class. If you feel you must be in contact, PLEASE use silent or vibrate mode on your phone or pager. Violations will not be tolerated.
CLASSROOM CONDUCT: All class members are expected to be on time. Due to the large quantity of material covered in the class, class discussion must be limited to the material being covered. Cheating or misconduct will result in dismissal.
GRADING SYSTEM: We grade on a straight percentage basis. To obtain a certificate of completion you must maintain a 75% or better on final examinations or re-examinations.
CERTIFICATION: Upon successful completion of the required hours, paying all charges and passing examinations, you will receive the CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION. If you misplace your certificate, lose it, or it is stolen you must by law write to us for a replacement. There will be a $ 25.00 fee to issue a new certificate.
RE-EXAMINATION: You will be allowed to re-take any final examination up to four (4) times. Upon failing, after four attempts, you will be required to retake the entire class, meet attendance requirements and pay the full tuition. If you, retake the class within six (6) months the fee will be reduced to half (1/2) the regular full fee otherwise it will be the full tuition. You must use the same textbook or pay for a new one at current book rates to receive the reduced fee.
SMOKING: No smoking is permitted inside school premises as designated by State of New Jersey Statue. If you must smoke, please do so outside. Please be considerate of non-smokers by not standing in front of the doors and exits. Please use the provided butt cans.
CLEAN UP: Please deposit any trash, coffee cups, soda cans, etc. in the proper trash receptacles.
NOTE: Checks returned for insufficient funds will result in a $35.00 service fee. NO EXCEPTIONS | |
